Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask MagiCal to delete information associated with your verified email address or a connected service.

Before contacting us

• Delete device-local scan history from MagiCal’s Settings screen.
• Disconnect any calendar or social-platform connection from the provider and from MagiCal when that option is available.

Request deletion

Email help@magi-cal.com from the address associated with MagiCal. Use the subject “MagiCal data deletion request” and identify the connected service, if applicable.

We may ask you to verify that you control the email address or connected account before deleting server-side records. We will confirm receipt and complete eligible requests within 30 days, unless information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment records, or another legal obligation.

Meta connections

You can also remove MagiCal from your Facebook or Instagram account’s connected-app settings. After removing access, email us if you would like any remaining MagiCal records associated with that connection deleted.
